A house, were you can feel at home is important for you. But you don’t want to spent too much time looking for suitable housing. We make sure that you quickly find the house or apartment of your choice, in or around Amsterdam!
For Be home Rentals your wishes are leading. You inform us on your requirements , like for instance the number of bedrooms, a child friendly environment or easy access to the exit routes. If your wishes are clear, we can realize them quickly and efficiently. Due to our many well established contacts and an excellent knowledge of the market, we are able to show almost every available house or apartment for rent on the housing market in Amsterdam,Amstelveen, Haarlem, The Hague, Utrecht and surroundings!
When you have found a house that fits your wishes, we take care of the rest:
- - checks if your lease is in conformity with the market
- - advises you on a fair rental price for your house
- - negotiates on your behalf to get you the best possible deal
- - advises you on the neighbourhood and the allover quality of living there
Furnished or semi-furnished
All houses and apartments that we offer are either completely furnished, or semi-furnished. A furnished house, as to say 'turn key', is fitted with carpeting, curtains, light fixtures, furniture, linen, crockery, cutlery and a complete kitchen equipment. Or you might prefer a semi-furnished house with carpeting, curtains, light fixtures and kitchen equipment like a refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
Rental Price
The rental prices from the houses we mediate, start from approximately €1.200,- per month excluding utilities. Be Home Rentals only mediates so called 'free market' houses and apartments.
Cost
No cure, no pay!
No registration fee.
In case of a succesfull mediation Be Home Rentals will charge you an agency fee equal to one month rent (plus 19% VAT).
